Frese CirCon

Stainless steel thermostatic valve for domestic water

Frese CirCon is a control valve in stainless steel AISI 316 designed for domestic hot water installations with circulation.

The valve automatically control the temperature of the water that circulates through the valves. Thus the thermal balance is ensured throughout the domestic hot water system.

The valve is adjusted on a scale to a desired temperature in the interval between 37°C and 65°C.

Frese TemCon is a control valve in stainless steel designed for domestic hot water installations with circulation.

The valve automatically control the temperature of the water that circulates through the valves. Thus the thermal balance is ensured throughout the domestic hot water system.

The valve is adjusted on a scale to a desired temperature in the interval between 37°C and 65°C.

Frese TemCon is equipped with a by-pass located outside the thermal part of the valve. So, Frese TemCon is suited for hot water installations with bacterial problems, e.g. Legionella. Here a procedure of raising the temperature of the water to between 70°C and 80°C is carried out at certain intervals.

By design, the valve has a high Kv value which means it achieves the lowest pressure loss of any comparable differential pressure control valve on the market.

Due to fluctuating differential pressures, heating and cooling systems often create noise because the thermostatic control valves are unable to close completely.

Despite the more regular use of variable speed pumps, in larger systems the differential pressure will increase when the system is in a partial load condition. This causes an increase in system noise and the control valves to regulate inefficiently.

The Frese PV Compact Valve ensures a constant differential pressure across the load or circuit and subsequently, very accurate control valve regulation.

Due to the compact design of the valve it is easily installed in both domestic and commercial heating and cooling systems.

Frese S is used in heating and cooling systems for the distribution of flow in various sections of the system.

The dynamic balancing valve ensures easy and reliable balancing of the system, regardless of any fluctations in the differential pressure of the system. Frese S limits maximum flow in the system, and ensures the most economical operation.
